I thought it looked like a floating tree with its roots showing. But, after 10 seconds it suddenly appeared to submerge underwater...”

‘The Lewis Merman’ series is a visual response to a story told by a local person from the Isle of Lewis. The work is part of the Northword Storytagging project which was supported by the Interreg NPA programme, University of the Highlands and Islands and Robert Gordon University.
